WW: This Ain't No Scaredy Cat

This cat didn't care that it was being barked at.
It just sat there and wondered what the fuss was all about.
But it eventually got bored and left.
~*~*~
We had my feline-niece stay with us overnight last week
(not the cat in above photo)
and the pup never barked once.
Didn't even growl.
She whined a bit and tried to get the cat
to come out of the guest room to play.
I was so proud of her.

I think when she barks at the cats outside
it's because she wants them to play
and she is jealous because they are outside and she is not.
She just wants a friend.
(and so do I.)

Love the picture you got of them both. The cat does seem sooo not interested!

I love how Emma was jealous. Cats are cold aren't they? :)

That's so sweet! And makes me feel a little sad for Emma (although maybe she was playing you and really just wanted to get out there and eat that cat?!)
Have you thought about getting another dog to keep her company?

At least she has you for snuggles!

Now that's a smart cat that doesn't let the dog faze her. We're still trying to get Lucinda to stop running away from Gunny. She needs to just stop and turn around and open a can of whoop ass on him. Then he'll know not to mess with her and all the drama can stop. She's too dumb for that though. Of course.
