10 Things I've Learned Since Starting My New Job

bad cell phone attempt to get a pic of me with the school in the background

  • Kids are loud.
  • Preteens are brats. Especially the Boys. Or the Girls. One of those two.
  • I can walk for an hour despite the pain in my body (when I get paid to).
  • I don't miss school.
  • I need new clothes. Specifically, pants that don't fall down.
  • I'm OLD. (but I already knew that)
  • Orange is not my color.
  • My fear of flying balls has never completely diminished.
  • I like things tidy. (close your lockers, for crying out loud)
  • It's nice to come home.

HAHA! So I get the feeling you aren't loving it? I'm scared of balls too.

You are a brave woman! There is no way I could work in a school, driving the bus is good enough for me. Only have kids for 1 hour in the morning and about 40 minutes in the afternoon. That's my limit!

Hey ... congrats on the job even if it sounds like it isn't the quietest or most enjoyable job in the world.
