Playing Catch Up: New Job

I realized it's been a while since I wrote a post. I thought I'd do a little bit of catching up. I think I'll do a few posts. I wonder if there's anyone still reading my blog.

Since I wrote last, I started a new job. A full time job after 2 years of working only 5 hours a week. It was quite a struggle financially, so I'm glad to have a new job. However, it's been quite a challenge. I am now working evenings, which I have not done in many years. I was hired to work with a deaf-blind woman who may have other undiagnosed conditions. Undiagnosed because her parents won't consent to find out. Staff think she may have autism and may also be bipolar. She's also very aggressive. It's been fun. But I need a job, so I'll stick with it for now. As you can see from the above photo, my pup misses me a lot when I'm gone and insists on cuddles when I get home.  That's the highlight of my day!
